Maxim Galkin

Bringing 15 years of experience in sustainable chemical processes, biorefinery technologies, and lignin valorization, with expertise in scale up both in industry and academia. He currently leads the development and scale-up of AB Karl Hedin Bio Innovation's biomass fractionation technology and materials development initiatives.

Fredrik Marnefeldt

Fredrik is the CEO of AB Karl Hedin Sawmill, Chairman of the Board for the Estonian sawmill branch, and a Board Member of the Packaging Company. With an MSc in Forestry, Fredrik joined AB Karl Hedin Sawmill in 2003. Over the years, he has managed and developed multiple sawmills while leading major machinery investments, earning his appointment as CEO.

Johan Carlsson
Board Member
Johan Carlsson is Controller at AB Karl Hedin Sågverk. He has been part of the Karl Hedin Group since 2016, previously working as Controller at AB Karl Hedin. Earlier in his career, he held several accounting roles at Haglöfs. Johan contributes broad experience in finance, controlling and business administration.
